Fulfillment Policy

At Media Growth Solution, we provide digital marketing and web development services with a focus on timely, professional delivery. This Fulfillment Policy outlines how we manage service delivery and what you can expect after purchase.

1. Service Delivery

  • Websites & Landing Pages: Initial concepts delivered within 5–10 business days after receiving client assets and intake form.
  • Ad Campaigns (Meta & Google): Setup and launch within 3–5 business days after onboarding and asset submission.
  • Photo & Video Projects: Scheduled based on project scope. Delivery timelines discussed and agreed upon during onboarding.

2. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide all required assets (branding, photos, content) in a timely manner.
  • Respond to communication within 3 business days to avoid project delays.
  • Complete intake forms or approvals when requested.

3. Delays & Revisions

  • Delays caused by missing assets or unresponsive communication may affect delivery time.
  • All service packages include a set number of revisions (typically 1–2 rounds).
  • Additional revisions may be billed separately at the agreed hourly or flat rate.

4. Completion & Handover

  • Upon completion, deliverables will be provided via email, cloud folder, or WordPress access.
  • Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the final result within 7 days.

5. Support

  • Support is available via email or phone for 14 days after final delivery unless otherwise stated.
  • Ongoing support or maintenance plans are available separately.

6. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not provided once work has begun. We are committed to completing the project as outlined in your package and resolving any concerns.
