1. Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Media Growth Solution (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By hiring us or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Provided

We offer digital marketing and website development services, including but not limited to:

• Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Google Ads campaigns
• Landing page & full website builds
• Pixel installation and tracking setup

3. Payments & Billing

• All service plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional services such as video shoots or custom pages are billed separately.
• Invoices must be paid before work begins unless agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

• You agree to provide necessary access (e.g., Meta, Google, hosting) within a timely manner.
• All ad budgets are paid by the client directly to ad platforms (Meta, Google, etc.).
• Revisions or delays due to lack of content or approvals may impact project timelines.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer refunds once work has started. Exceptions may be made in case of billing errors or non-performance on our end.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, ads, websites, and content created by Media Growth Solution remain our property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise specified.

7. Limitation of Liability

Media Growth Solution is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We are not responsible for the performance of third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google) or changes they may make.

8. Termination

You may cancel services with 7 days written notice. We reserve the right to cancel services at any time if terms are violated or communication is unprofessional or abusive.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
